CHECK IN:
Today I ate relatively well, and had an awesome chest workout! I missed out on cardio because all of the treadmills and stair masters were in use! But tomorrow is a new day and I am going to make it count :)
TIP:
One tip that has been working incredibly well for me is by marking a big X on my calendar everyday that I eat well and exercise! That way, each day before I leave the house for the day I can see how many X's I have for the week/month. It's been helping me so much, especially when I want to eat something unhealthy because I want to earn the X so badly that it keeps me from eating something bad!
FOR TOMORROW:
Tomorrow I don't have enough time in my schedule to exercise, but that doesn't mean tomorrow will be a bad day! Eat clean, be happy and make every day count!
